The Best Workplaces 2009 index from which 5 companies were selected out of 250 participating companies is the result from an exhaustive study conducted with more than 240,000 people in Spain to find out how employees perceived human resources practices undertaken in their organizations.
The complete method used for this receiving this certification was based on the study and analysis of the Meta4 human resources policy and the employee evaluations on the working environment and conditions in their daily professional lives.
