- Work in an international context: Manage compensation items by country and expatriates and seconded management in a multicurrency and multilanguage environment.
- Promote individual development: career prospects (mobility, promotions ,…), development plans (training, coaching, empowerment,…), assessments (talent review), quantitative and qualitative objectives appraisals, personal and professional wishes and goals, recommendations and action plans.
- Draft a relevant compensation policy: Individual or collective management, compensation structured by country, inclusion of compensation items in subtotals.
- Complete stock options management: shareholder meetings and vesting rules, capital transactions (automatic calculation of share prices , follow-up on individual transactions (exercised and lapsed shares, standard letters) bank, notifications, and reports,…).
- Anticipate turnover by analyzing internal mobility and succession plans.
- Manage documents database (photograph, contract, curriculum vitae, annual letters in any format, such as Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint,…).
- Extract relevant reports for a quick view of all managed data: individual file, compensations and benefits
